 根据(郑州〕农业部农产品质量监督检验测试中心对所送样品的测定结果看，烘干的蛋鸡粪中主要成分的含量如下:有机物60.70%，粗蛋白质为31. 52%。粗灰份18.20%，粗纤维10.03% ,粗脂肪2.04%，氮5. 04%，总磷0.90%，钾1. 30%。在氨其酸含量方面:总氨其酸含为11. 29% ,其中赖氨酸为0.60%、蛋氨酸为0. 22%、苏氨酸为0.38%，组氨酸为0.27%。

According to the results of the quality monitoring and testing center of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of Zhengzhou, the main components in the dried manure of laying hens are as follows: organic matter of 60.70%, crude protein of 31.52%, crude ash of 18.20%, crude fiber of 10.03%, crude fat of 2.04%, nitrogen of 5.04%, the total phosphorus of 0.90 % and potassium of 1.30%. In the content of ammoniac acid: total ammonia acid content is 11.29%, among which the content of lysine, methionine, threonine and histidine is 0.60%, 0.22%, 0.38% and 0.27% respectively.

 2）用作肥料

 用作肥料是鸡粪最主要的用途，目前应用大约占到鸡粪总量的95%以上。鸡粪中富含氮、磷、钾等植物所必需的养分。是植物生产中优质的有机肥，优于其它畜禽粪肥。从测定结果看，鸡粪中氮磷钾三元素的含量都是比较高的。而且经过干燥处理后的鸡粪松软、无臭味、不带病原微生物，可以广泛用于花卉种植和无土栽培中。

 3）用作饲料

 鸡相对于其它家畜，其饲料中养分含量高，饲料在消化道停留时间短，对饲料中营养物质的吸收利用率比较低。因此鸡粪的残余养分含量较高，具有潜在的饲用价值。

Compared with other domestic animals, chicken feed has the characteristics of high nutrient content, short residence time in digestive tract, and low absorption and utilization of nutrients in feed. Therefore, the residual nutrient content of chicken manure is higher and has potential feeding value.
